The platform serves the two sides of successful housekeeping, Hsekeepers and hotels.

Hotels use our platform because it effortlessly fills their housekeeping shifts with approved and certified staff for a fair rate.

Exec-Housekeepers and supervisors are relieved of the stress of constantly covering schedules and no-shows.

Controllers and GMs save the costs of paying housekeeping teams overtime.

Hotels find experienced Hsekeepers available for part-time work on Hsekeeper.com. They find younger Hsekeepers who enter the industry because they love the gig-self-service schedules, gain work-life balance, work for themselves and get paid good rates within days of doing the work!

All this means more Hsekeepers for hotels.

Frequently asked questions

Want the freedom to set your own schedule and make good money? With us you pick only the rooms you want to clean and when. The hourly base rate on Hsekeeper.com is equivalent to about C$24.50 per hour assuming you clean 14 rooms per 8 hours.
You are actually paid a minimum rate of $14 per verified standard clean room. And there are ways to get higher rates than that. Good cleaners can clean 16 rooms in 8 hours which amounts to a higher hourly rate. Taking dirty rooms at peak times and times when few people want to work will also earn you more, sometimes significantly more. You may not clean a room faster than 17 min. This limit is set to avoid rushed, low quality work.
Working in properties with high certification requirements and working at times when there are too few cleaners available will earn you higher rates per verified clean room. Sometimes significantly higher.
Yes. Properties rate Cleaner Partners for their quality of work and good attitude. Cleaner Partners rate Property Partners for their quality of work environment and attitude. This can be done anonymously. Ratings can be challenged but there is a small fee to do this beyond your “challenge allowance”.
The property provides these. Report to Housekeeping at the beginning of your shift to receive your cart and supplies.

Follow the signup link and complete the process there.

You complete an online application. We vet your application which can be quite straightforward if you have verifiable housekeeping references. If you do not have acceptable references the vetting process includes a criminal record check and other background checks. If you are approved we grant you cleaner-candidate status. As a cleaner-candidate, you take the basic training. Once you pass the basic training you gain Cleaner Partner status and start to receive alerts about contract rooms available on the platform.
This is covered in the training, but its one click to add it to your account.
